Ilievski has already realized seven solo exhibitions and has participated in several group exhibitions. Of the several series of paintings, we can point the latest cycles of Ilievski, containing figures of animals in high dynamics and landscapes with accentuated light, energy and movement into them.

And all of these are connected with few things, like dynamics, energy, and rhythm of the strokes. From the simplest painted fields, to characters, portraits and scenes with figures, from grim depictions of characters, to overexposed joyful landscapes. Not caring too much about the thematic orientation, Ilievski in his paintings brings different themes.

His art, in terms of subject is mainly figurative, but containing the visual and spirit that make an artwork painterly, technically and emotionally-valuable, and at the same time it transmits part of the inner psychological segments of the artist, but also of the outer circumstances, current or permanent. Graduated at the Faculty of Fine Arts in Skopje in 2012, painting department, in the class of Velo Tashovski, Sveto Manev and Blagoja Manevski.
