The managers were very nice and offered keys after the fact, but we didn't have time to stop up and get them. With the beautiful weather, it would be great to sit outside. There were 4 chairs on the deck and we had 7 guests. It would be nice to have more outdoor space to sit. We also hiked local trails, biked to Breckenridge and rented a pontoon boat on Lake Dillon. Breckenridge was close and great to visit a couple of times. We enjoyed the restaurants and stores in Frisco that were open - some still closed due to COVID. Some of our guests had some issues trying to open it, so it would have been nice to have the keys to the front door from the start.

We did not get any keys, so we used the garage code the whole time. It would be nice to have a kitchen sponge/cloth.

The only exception was that the smoke detector alarm started and we had to replace the battery, then couldn't get the detector back on properly. Location is great as we were able to walk to town and trails! The description was accurate - the property was clean, well-maintained.

Parking: 2-car garage with 2 outdoor spaces – 4 spaces total.

Renters must be a minimum of 25 years old.

A $500 refundable damage deposit will be charged to credit card at check in.
